Workforce Development Programme 2021/22: Project Budgeting

A session for novice budgeters; what you must include, what might get forgotten, contingency, cash costs, in-kind contributions and match funding, and how to present it so it makes sense.

Join Mia Seymour, Aim High Accountants Ltd, and Gary Griffiths, Music Mark to explore basic budgeting and how you can improve your work in this. This session will be a Zoom meeting and will provide plenty of time for Q&A.

Please note: This session is a basics session and is aimed at those less confident with the financial side of business management. This event is specifically aimed at emerging leaders and business support team members but all are welcome.
